T04/T3 (compressor/turbine)
It'll be upgraded before to long though to something like a dual ball-bearing 60-1/T3 with a .83 A/R T3 housing running Stage III trim. Almost the same physical turbo shape except for a bigger compressor inlet/outlet.

Oh, you said, "turbo kit" not "turbo." Misread that. It's an F-Max. However, I've customized it a great deal. F-Max makes a nice Integras kit, but the Prelude kit has a shitty exhaust manifold. Here is a a picture of the turbo headers I'm going to get.

Wow!
I like the turbo pictures Heretic. Are you out to make your prelude a track only car in the future?

That's not the goal with this car. The goal is for a relatively reliable, though high maintenance, daily driven, air conditioned, some what civil car I take to work that happens to pull >1g on the skid pad and -can- run an 11 second pass with slicks without breaking shit.
A race car would be a lot cheaper, but I want to drive this car to the track, not trailor it. It's potential is wasted on the drag strip and I don't need more than 500hp for my goals on AutoX and Solo1 road courses. I want a very responsive car with a huge, fat power band everywhere over 2000RPM.

Hey Heretic, great pics. How do you like you Profec A ? Do you always ear the clicking sound from the actuator, even when the car is off ?
I can hardly wait to get my car out. The spring hit us earlier this year. Yesterday I was waiting at a red light in my punnie 70hp winter car when a S2000 drove right next to me. Awesome car, no doubt but I just can't wait to smoke one. Can you imagine the guy face been smoke by a Civic ? And not to imagine the embarrassment of been with his girlfriend.
BTW, I've put a link to your website from my site. If you could do the same, it would be appreciated.

To Heretic again
I want to know why you've install your EGT probe in the 2nd exhaust port ? Would it not been better to install it at the entrance of the turbo. This is where I want to install mine, just want your input on this.

TSI: Actually it's just outside the 3rd cylinder. Typically, with the stock Honda fuel rail, the third injector is most starved for fuel thus that cylinder runs the leanest. Actually, now with my STR fuel rail, it should be in the 4th cylinder (all the way to the right). That cylinder will get more air than the rest just because of the air's inertia coming into the intake. Therefore it will run the leanest and is the most important to monitor. If it's not leaning out, then the other cylinder's won't be leaning out. Make sense?
About the PRofec A, yes I noticed that clicking noise way back when. Suprised me, but I read the FAQ on GReddy's site to see it was normal. I thought the stepping motor was bad, but it's not. I actually haven't noticed that clicking noise in 5 months, I'd forgotten about it until reading this post. I had problems with the PRofec A at first, but that's because Carboy in Houston hooked it back up incorrectly. I dislike Carboy greatly, but that's another story. Once the PRofec was correctly installed it's worked very well for me.
I don't have a web site yet, kinda working on one though. You mean the NTPOG site? I don't maintain that, I think John Haley does. You can talk to him.
MarkC: Oh well, I needed some people to run
